Availability and Booking
Lodge bookings are for 7 days, from Saturday 4.00 p.m. to following Saturday 10.00 a.m. The Lodge is available for summer holidays and each half-term holiday. If you want slightly different dates, please contact me. Please see what's included and the full booking terms below.
Booking Terms
Security Bond
We ask for a £250 security bond against any damage or breakages, which will be taken in advance of your stay and returned within 7 days of departure if no damages are found.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome. You can bring up to two dogs. Please pay the additional £25 per dog fee by selecting this on your reservation request.
Payment
Full payment is required to make a reservation within 42 days (6 weeks) of the start of your stay. A 30% deposit is required to make a reservation before this date, with the 70% balance taken 42 days (6 weeks) before.
You will receive a confirmation email with your initial reservation details, followed by an email and automated payment taken from your card for the balance payment.
Refunds
No refunds are guaranteed after 42 days (6 weeks), although the owner will attempt to re-sell the dates, and if successful, will provide a 90% refund. If you cancel within 14 days, or decide not to come, then no refund is payable.
Arrival check
We recommend that you do a quick check for any damage or breakages upon arrival. Our cleaners will of course have done this, but best to check in case anything has been missed. If you notify us in advance then we can take this into account when returning your deposit.

Before you depart
Whilst cleaning is included, you please do the following:
- Return all plates, glasses and cups to the kitchen and run the dishwasher
- Place all rubbish in the recycling and rubbish bins
- Check you have not left anything under the beds or in the cupboards
- Close and lock the windows and doors
